Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting commercial materials only for the FCC Terre Haute Bus Center roofing requirement; installation is not required. The all-or-none requirement includes 50 five-gallon containers of All Klean Ultra, 28 units of acrylic epoxy water-based coating, 42 five-gallon containers of Seal Coat Ultra, 90 rolls of 6-inch by 300-foot Poly Fab, 355 five-gallon containers of Kool Koate X-Treme, 75 Linzer paint chip brushes, seven pairs of 8-inch scissors, and shipping. Pricing must include freight to the facility, and all items must meet the stated specifications without changing item descriptions or units of issue. This is a firm-fixed-price commercial-products RFQ with a 15-calendar-day ordering and delivery timeframe. Quotes must use the attached RFQ form, include unit and total pricing, the offeror's UEI, and estimated delivery time. Evaluation may consider price, past performance, quality, technical specifications, lead time, and shipping or administrative costs; the Government may make a single award.
