Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is soliciting a product-only purchase for complete roofing system materials for Buildings 461 and 420 at Salinas Valley State Prison. The State will perform installation. The requested materials include adhered 80-mil PVC thermoplastic roofing membrane, membrane flashings, rigid and tapered insulation, vapor barriers, protection boards, adhesives and sealants, fasteners, termination bars, walk pads, pipe flashings, pre-formed crickets and cant, scuppers, retrofit drain extensions, coping and other sheet metal products, and rooftop supports. The supplier must provide all material and applicable fabrication, coordinate delivery, offload materials as directed, and provide a manufacturer’s standard 10-year, full-system, non-prorated, no-dollar-limit labor and material warranty. Bidders must submit detailed material lists with quantities, pricing, brands/models, product data or cut sheets, an FM Global wind-uplift listing, and the completed Roof System Review Checklist. The solicitation requires a mandatory walk-through, delivery coordination and security-clearance information for access to the correctional facility. Bids are evaluated on an all-or-none basis, and the State may select a primary and alternate supplier.
