Description
The City of Brazil is seeking a contractor to provide development and construction services for upgrades and modifications to the I-70 lift station and sanitary sewer system. The scope includes delivery of a new sanitary sewer under a build-operate-transfer structure pursuant to Indiana Code 5-23. The City may request discussions or negotiations with responding offerors and may negotiate specifications, price, or other aspects of the proposal. The complete RFP must be obtained from the designated contact or at Brazil City Hall.
