Description
This Sources Sought notice requests capability statements for broad engineering support related to guidance, navigation and control; systems engineering; rendezvous, proximity operations, and capture; human spaceflight; lunar and Mars exploration; and technology development and research. The anticipated work includes research, analysis, design, development, integration, verification, testing, evaluation, operations support, requirements development, mission and architecture analysis, vehicle and system assessment, and real-time mission support. The technical scope includes development of high-fidelity spacecraft, vehicle, subsystem, dynamics, and environment simulations; command and monitoring tools; crew and flight-controller training tools; trajectory and guidance tools; flight software integration; embedded systems and sensor integration; hardware-in-the-loop and human-in-the-loop testing; and prototype GN&C technologies. Relevant environments and languages include Trick, JEOD, Copernicus, Genesis, NASA core Flight System, MATLAB, Python, Julia, C, C++, and Fortran. Respondents must submit a capability statement of no more than five pages, in 12-point font, in Microsoft Word or PDF, including company information, point-of-contact details, UEI and CAGE code, business size and socioeconomic status, relevant GSA vehicles, technical capabilities, and up to five relevant customers from the past five years.
