Description
Beaver City is soliciting statements of qualifications from Utah-licensed professional engineering firms with at least five years of experience to support a proposed industrial park. Services are organized into three phases: preparing a preliminary engineering report and federal funding application materials; completing 100% design for sewer, water, power, and roadway improvements; and providing construction-phase engineering and oversight. The scope includes project management, cost estimating, quality assurance and control, risk assessment, agency coordination, City Council meeting attendance, daily construction observations, materials and density testing, construction management, payment and change-order review, project closeout, grade staking, survey control, and GPS-based grading support. Proposals must address the project team, relevant experience, project approach, federal funding experience, and delivery schedule. The proposal is limited to 12 pages, excluding a one-page letter of interest, and must not include pricing; inclusion of costs will result in rejection.
