Description
This Sources Sought notice is a market survey and is not a solicitation for proposals; no contract will be awarded from this notice. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, is conducting market research for a future competitive, firm-fixed-price, design-bid-build construction contract supporting an unmanned instrument landing system. The anticipated site will accommodate Government-furnished and Government-installed directional localizer, glide slope indicator, and radio marker beacon equipment under a separate contract. The anticipated construction scope includes demolition; rerouting existing drainage systems and utilities as necessary; installing new utility service lines; installing gates; site filling; and finish grading. The target project price range is $7.8 million to $9.5 million, with an estimated 540-calendar-day period of performance. Interested firms must provide a response of no more than 10 pages addressing their interest, relevant experience with up to three projects, business size or socioeconomic status, proposed teaming or joint-venture arrangements, and construction bonding capacity. Future contract performance is expected to require CMMC Level 1 certification, compliance with USACE safety requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Responses are due by email on November 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
