Description
The New Hampshire Department of Education is seeking a contractor to replace and enhance its school finance data collection and reporting system. The solution must support approximately 200 public school districts and charter schools and use the state's Uniform Chart of Accounts. Required capabilities include secure role-based access, data submission by batch and manual entry, validation and cross-walking of local charts of accounts, data warehousing, historical-data migration, workflow and certification, integrations with state systems, reporting, analytics, public-facing dashboards, exports, and longitudinal comparisons. The system must support district- and state-level cost-per-pupil calculations, school district profiles, legacy DOE-25 and MS-25 reporting, and federal reporting extracts. The scope includes project planning, system development, testing, implementation with up to six pilot districts, rollout to 20 districts, training, documentation, migration of up to 10 years of historical data, hosting, security, disaster recovery, maintenance, and technical support. The contract is firm fixed price/not to exceed, with a two-year term and an optional additional two-year extension. Proposals must include separate technical and price proposals, with the price proposal including the required pricing worksheets.
