Description
The Air Force Research Laboratory is seeking commercial products to refresh its Visual Indicator System credential-production equipment. The requirement includes twelve Magicard Prima 8 Duo dual-sided dye-sublimation retransfer card printers, twelve matching inline dual-sided laminators, twelve manufacturer-certified cleaning kits, twenty-four matched YMCK dye ribbon and retransfer-film sets, and twenty-four rolls of tamper-evident holographic lamination film with a generic snowflake OVD pattern. The equipment must support edge-to-edge printing on CR80 PVC, composite PVC/PET, and RFID proximity cards from 10 to 40 mil thick; sustain at least 100 full-color cards per hour; integrate with existing Magicard-compatible issuance software and Windows environments; and include current-production hardware, manufacturer support, firmware updates, and commercial warranties. Delivery is required to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base within 90 days after receipt of order.
