Description
The City of Clearwater is seeking a supplier for new and unused residential plastic refuse and recycling containers in 48-, 64-, and 96-gallon sizes. Refuse containers must be black with black lids, recycling containers blue with yellow lids, and all containers must meet specified HDPE, ANSI, durability, automated-lifting, RFID, labeling, serial-number, assembly, and nesting requirements. Certified ANSI test results, proposed container specifications, warranty documentation, and references are required with the bid. Delivery is to the City's Solid Waste and Recycling facility within 21 calendar days after each order. The bid also requests pricing for compatible replacement lids, wheels, axles, and lid-hinge or attachment components, as well as separate pricing for hot-stamp and in-mold-label artwork revisions. The initial term is estimated at two years, with up to three one-year renewals. Bidders must provide required certifications, insurance, and other portal-submitted response materials.
