Description
The Montana National Guard requires up to seven (7) Mobile Marksmanship Training Simulator (MMTS) systems. These systems will be used to complete Table II qualification in accordance with TC 3-20.40 and other applicable regulations, enhancing soldier lethality and readiness by providing weapon familiarization and training without the use of live ammunition. The MMTS must be portable, compartmentalized in rugged cases, and require standard 110 electrical power. The system must have been assessed by the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) to meet the minimum requirements for Table II Preliminary Live Fire Simulations, with a projection requirement of 10 feet or shorter and a minimum of two lanes. Software capabilities should include shoot/no-shoot scenarios, Individual Weapons Table II Course of Fire, Known Distance Range (KDR), Preliminary Marksmanship Instruction (PMI) (Military Version), and Skill Drills. The software must also be compatible with VBS3 & 4 and have the ability to communicate with the Army Training Information System (ATIS) or LRS/xAPI capabilities/functions. Required equipment includes M17 Dry Fire and Recoil simulators (x2 each), M4 Dry Fire and Recoil simulators (x2 each), M4 Round Count Magazines (x16), a CO2 Refill Station, and M249 Recoil simulators (x2), with the ability to add custom weapon systems later. The system must meet Table II requirements and comply with policies outlined in TC3-20.40, TC3-22.9, DA PAM 350-38, and other DoD or Army compliance requirements. It must also capture soldier data for updating DTMS for Table II qualification. The offer must include a minimum of 8 hours (1 day) of in-person training for operators and maintenance. Delivery to Fort Harrison Warehouse, Montana 59636 is required within 90 days or less, though a later date may be considered if no offers meet this timeframe. A minimum five (5) year system warranty is also required.
