The University of South Dakota is accepting sealed bids for the MBB Charter Flight 2026-2027. Proposals will be received by the University of South Dakota, Purchasing Office at Slagle Hall Room 209, 414 East Clark St., Vermillion, SD 57069, until 2:00 PM, local time, Monday, September 10, 2026, and then will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter. Description
The University of South Dakota (USD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide air charter services for the 2026-27 men's basketball season. The contract will cover up to five one-way trips between specified airports, with estimated departure dates from December 2026 through February 2027. Vendors must provide aircraft with a minimum seating capacity of 30 passengers, accommodate all team baggage and equipment, and include non-alcoholic beverages (Pepsi products, Gatorade, bottled water) on all flights. Pricing must include all taxes, fees, and surcharges, and a fuel true-up adjustment will be made after the last charter. Proposals must be submitted by September 10, 2026, and will be evaluated based on seating capacity, cost, experience, references, and preferred credits such as same flight attendants and cabin-style seating.
