Description
The University of Wyoming Athletics Department is soliciting bids for charter flight services for up to 30 passengers for four scheduled women's basketball trips during the 2026–2027 season. The requested routes originate primarily from Laramie, Wyoming, with destinations in Reno, Nevada; San Jose, California; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Brookings, South Dakota. The University may award only selected trips and requires bidders to provide pricing for the listed round-trip and alternative flight schedules. Pricing must include all flight-related costs, including estimated taxes and fees, FBO fees, landing fees, destination taxes, and standard in-flight service consisting of nonalcoholic beverages and snacks. The preferred departure airport is Laramie Regional Airport, with Cheyenne Regional Airport as the primary weather-related backup. Bidders must submit the completed bid form and acknowledge the insurance requirements. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, workers' compensation and employer's liability, and aircraft liability coverage with limits based on aircraft seating capacity; certificates of insurance from all aircraft operators must name the University of Wyoming and specified related parties as additional insureds. The awarded supplier must enter into a negotiated contract with the University.
