Description
Cleveland County Water is requesting qualifications from professional engineering firms for the Cleveland County Water and Shelby Interconnections Project. The scope includes preliminary engineering reports, design, bidding assistance, and construction oversight for four critical interconnections with the City of Shelby Water System, enabling the two systems to provide mutual assistance during a future catastrophic event. The selected firm will be evaluated on project familiarity; experience with water-system improvement projects, USDA-funded projects, and related reports; professional personnel; experience; and availability. Qualifications packages are limited to 10 pages, excluding front and back covers, table of contents, and cover letter. The District will select the responsible and most qualified firm whose qualifications align with its project and strategic objectives.
