Description
The Brazos River Authority is soliciting bids for complete solid waste collection, removal, transportation, and disposal services supporting approximately 39 containers at operational sites within the Possum Kingdom Lake area. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, trucks, equipment, and related services; perform weekly front-load dumpster collection; service roll-off and compactor containers as required; resolve complaints within 24 hours; repair or replace unusable dumpsters; and deliver waste to a permitted sanitary landfill or transfer facility compliant with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality requirements. The contractor must self-perform 100% of the services, with subcontractors, brokers, independent haulers, dispatch services, and other third parties prohibited except for identified wholly owned or commonly owned affiliates. The agreement has a one-year base term with up to four additional one-year renewals. Bidders must submit the requested company information, similar-project references, litigation and default history, pricing, and completed bid, tax, conflict-of-interest, non-collusion, and state-law compliance forms.
