Description
The Village of Westfield is soliciting sealed bids for all labor, equipment, permits, services, insurance, and supervision necessary to provide three service categories: collection, hauling, and disposal of mixed municipal solid waste and specified materials; hauling and processing of recyclables; and collection, hauling, and disposal of bulk items during the annual curbside spring cleanup. The contract is scheduled to begin October 1, 2026, and cover three annual service periods through September 30, 2029, with two one-year extension options. Bidders must submit a statement of compliance with Sections 103-a and 103-d of New York's General Municipal Law and submit two bound copies in a sealed, properly marked envelope.
