Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole-source purchase order for dissemination and maintenance of the Evaluation of Hepatitis B and C Medicaid quality measure. The scope includes measure dissemination during a 12-month performance period and quality-measure maintenance during one additional option period. The identified source is the University of Pittsburgh's Medicaid Outcomes Distributed Research Network, which is described as the only organization capable of performing the required tasks because of its measure-specific knowledge, stewardship of the measure, and exclusive access to the measure code needed for updates and revisions. Other responsible sources may submit a written capability statement by the response deadline for consideration in determining whether the acquisition should be competed.
