Description
The Village of Lombard, through its Department of Public Works, is soliciting sealed bids for skilled removal of trees and stumps from Village parkways and other rights-of-way throughout the Village. The work is to be performed monthly, beginning in 2027, and requires adequate equipment and staffing to complete the specified work within the required time frame. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with options for 2028 and 2029. Bids will be evaluated based on cost, past performance, experience, ability to perform the work, and other responsibility considerations. Current references must be provided or documented. Questions must be submitted in writing by October 19, 2026.
