Description
The City of Denton is soliciting proposals for demolition services for the Old North Lakes Substation. The scope of work includes the demolition of the building, foundations, asphalt and concrete pavement, miscellaneous above-ground structures and equipment, and utility services. The selected contractor must demonstrate a proven track record of innovative approaches and cost-effective solutions for municipal challenges. Submissions require original hard copy bid bonds with a raised seal before the submission deadline. Email submissions will not be accepted.
