Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for concrete patching, paving, and curb repair services. This Job Order Contracting (JOC) opportunity is for work that is recurring but with indefinite delivery times, types, and quantities, covering approximately 80 facilities. All pricing must be all-inclusive, covering setup, materials, labor, and shipping, to provide a completed project. The initial contract term is anticipated to be from September 2026 to April 2027, with two successive one-year renewal terms through April 2029, dependent on the District's long-range needs. LISD may award this CSP to multiple proposers or a single proposer, based on their discretion for best value.
