Description
The Borough of Pompton Lakes is soliciting qualification statements from persons or firms to serve as its affordable housing administrative agent for calendar year 2027. The selected qualified respondent would provide professional administrative services related to the Borough's affordable housing needs and goals, including demonstrating the capability to perform the scope of services, relevant experience, references, staffing, resumes of key employees, licensing and compliance information, and identification of any subcontractors. Responses must include an executive summary, executed Letter of Qualification, organizational and ownership information, Letter of Intent, affirmative-action compliance evidence, professional-malpractice and bankruptcy disclosures, applicable licenses, a narrative addressing the Borough's needs, relevant past experience and references, proposed direct and subcontracted services, key employee resumes, conflict disclosures, and a compensation proposal with rates or other proposed compensation methods. The Borough may qualify respondents for a subsequent selection process and does not commit to issuing an RFP.
