Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking laboratory testing services to identify compounds that are toxic to honeybees. This is a formal Request for Bid (RFB) and requires electronic submission through the Supplier Portal by the specified deadline. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to deb.mason@state.mn.us no later than June 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM Central Time. Responses to all questions received by the cutoff date will be provided via an addendum. Contacting any other State personnel regarding this solicitation may result in the rejection of the response. Responders are required to submit all requested documentation, including Attachment A: Responder Declarations and Attachment D: Additional Information.
