Description
This solicitation is for cooling tower maintenance, repair, and training services for the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. The services include comprehensive inspections, cleaning, repair, and replacement of components such as gearboxes, water distribution systems, and fans for two cooling towers. The contractor will also be responsible for providing staff training on the proper operation and routine maintenance of the cooling towers. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price type.
