Description
The City of Ruston is soliciting bids for an annual supply contract covering gasoline and diesel products. Specifications are on file with the City's Purchasing Office. Bids must be sealed and marked with the bid number and bidder's return address, although electronic submission through BidExpress is also permitted. Bidders must provide evidence of authority to submit the bid in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:2212(A)(1)(c).
