Description
Monroe City Schools is soliciting construction services for a new ticket booth at Carroll High School. The project includes selective demolition, concrete work, wood and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, and mechanical and electrical systems. The drawings also identify millwork, transaction windows, an overhead coiling door, composite metal wall panels, exterior signage, an aluminum walkway cover, a sidewalk extension, and an optional renovation expanding the booth into a combined ticket booth and concession stand. The bid requires a 5% bid bond, and the successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. The base contract time is 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A Louisiana contractor's license is required, and the bid package requires one original and two copies of the executed bid forms, bid security, and required enclosures, with electronic submission also permitted through Bid Express.
