Description
The Academy of Collaborative Education is requesting Category One internet access service delivered to its campus configuration in Monroe, Louisiana. The requested solution is a dedicated, symmetrical internet connection with pricing for 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, 3 Gbps, and 5 Gbps bandwidth tiers. The service must terminate at the upstairs data center at 405 Glenmar Ave and account for the relationship between that building and the original campus at 505 Glenmar Ave. Bidders must describe the architecture, transport technology, demarcation, provider-owned equipment, carrier dependencies, static IPv4 availability, IPv6 support, and any construction or installation requirements. Pricing must separately identify recurring and nonrecurring charges, special construction, taxes, fees, eligible and ineligible components, and optional provider-supplied basic firewall functionality. Proposals must include complete pricing, service-provider identification information, terms and conditions, references, an implementation schedule, and responses to the requested service-level and support requirements. The anticipated initial term is three years beginning July 1, 2027, with up to two one-year voluntary extensions; the contract must support bandwidth increases up to 5 Gbps during the term.
