Description
Monroe City Schools is soliciting bids for instructional and classroom supplies, including dry-erase and wet-erase markers, children's scissors, highlighters, binder clips, facial tissue, binders, index cards, staples, paper clips, tape, composition books, envelopes, marker-board cleaner, sheet protectors, and pencils. Equivalent brands may be proposed, and bidders must identify the manufacturer or brand and product numbers for items offered. The bid is awarded by individual item to the responsible and responsive bidder offering the lowest bid per item. Bidders must submit required samples for designated items, complete descriptive product literature for products quoted, and submit the Bid Proposal Form, Bidder Qualification Form, and Preference Form if applicable. Bids may be submitted online or by sealed mail delivery. Deliveries must be made to the school board, with materials received within 45 business days after the purchase order; palletized delivery is required because the receiving location has no loading dock.
