Description
Cedar Creek School is requesting Category One internet access proposals for a dedicated, symmetrical connection at its school location. Vendors must provide pricing for 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, and 5 Gbps options and clearly identify the transport technology, service demarcation, last-mile arrangements, static IPv4 addresses, IPv6 support, provider-owned equipment, recurring and nonrecurring charges, taxes, surcharges, special construction, and all eligible and ineligible costs. Optional pricing may be provided for basic provider-supplied firewall functionality; separately priced content filtering, cybersecurity, managed security, and other ineligible features must be identified and cost allocated. The anticipated initial contract term is three years beginning July 1, 2027, with up to two one-year voluntary extensions. Proposals must include service-provider registration information, terms and conditions, references, a complete solution description, service-level and support details, an implementation schedule, dependencies, and pricing using the required cost tables. The selected provider must support 24x7x365 customer service, respond to outages within two hours, target restoration within four hours, and test and document service performance before acceptance. The proposal must be submitted as one complete PDF, including the required cost table and vendor response coversheet.
