ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS SEALED BID # 2027-003 The Purchasing Office of the city of Ruston, Louisiana, located at Ruston Public Works Complex, 2805 South Farmerville Street, Ruston, LA 71270 will be accepting SEALED BIDS until the hour of 10:00 a.m. local time WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2026, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, for furnishing the city of Ruston with THE PURCHASE OF NEW OVERHEAD THREE-PHASE RECLOSERS related to the Kentucky Avenue Substation 2026 Relay SCADA Improvements As per specifications on file gratis: The city of Ruston Purchasing Office 2805 South Farmerville Street Ruston, Louisiana 71270 (318) 251-8631 Each bid must be sealed and plainly marked with the bid number and the company’s return address. Bidders may elect to submit bids electronically via the internet. Electronic bids for the city are available for submission at www.bidexpress.com. Evidence of Authority to submit the bid shall be required in accordance with LA RS 38:2212(A)(1)(c). NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
