Description
The United States Fish and Wildlife Service requires professional architect-engineer services to design replacement bridges at the Felsenthal and Pond Creek National Wildlife Refuges in Arkansas: the Charivari Creek Bridge and the River Road Bridge. The scope includes civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, hydrology and hydraulics engineering, cost estimating, project management, and related design disciplines, with an option for construction administration services during each bridge construction phase. The Government anticipates procuring construction services in Fiscal Year 2028 or Fiscal Year 2029. This is a firm-fixed-price architect-engineer contract for which one firm will be selected based on qualifications. The estimated construction budget is approximately $4,100,000, comprising approximately $1,100,000 for the Charivari Creek Bridge and $3,000,000 for the Pond Creek River Road Bridge. Firms must submit SF 330 Part I and Part II for the prime firm and all consultants, along with past-performance information. Example projects must include at least four and no more than eight completed design projects, completed within the past four years, with construction values between $1,000,000 and $4,000,000; each narrative may not exceed five pages. The SF 330 Part I is limited to 50 pages, including no more than five pages for Section H.
