Description
Horry County Public Works is seeking a contractor to repair approximately 7 square yards of concrete driveway, 6 inches thick, at 726 and 800 Plantation Drive. The contractor must grade, prepare, and form the areas; provide, pour, and finish the concrete; supply all required labor, materials, tools, and equipment; remove debris; and perform job-site cleanup. The work must comply with South Carolina Department of Transportation standard and supplemental specifications, including traffic-control signage and safety precautions. The contractor must notify the county three business days before work begins, perform work Monday through Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., coordinate an SC811 locate request, provide a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship, and maintain the specified insurance coverage. Quotes must be submitted on the Best Price Procurement Quotation Request Form.
