Description
Coastal Carolina University is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish, deliver, install, test, and place into operation a new AquaMaster Masters Series 2-horsepower decorative fountain system for the Clubhouse Pond at the Hackler Course. The scope includes a 240-volt single-phase power unit, compatible control panel with Wi-Fi control capabilities, approximately 150 feet of submersible power cable, a Double Eagle nozzle, and all components required for a complete installation. The fountain must produce an approximately 22-foot-high by 50-foot-wide display. The contractor must also provide and install an integrated lighting system with two RGBW LED fountain lights, programmable color combinations, Wi-Fi-accessible controls, and custom gold and teal lighting schemes. Work includes conduit installation, electrical and mechanical connections, anchoring, testing, startup, demonstration, operating instructions, and basic maintenance recommendations. The contractor must be an authorized AquaMaster warranty service provider or have a documented service agreement with one, and must have access to certified service technicians within 50 miles of the university. The offer must include three relevant references and a narrative with supporting documentation demonstrating compliance with the mandatory qualifications. This is a one-time purchase, and the award will be made to one responsible and responsive bidder offering pricing for the complete lot.
