Description
Horry County is seeking one local provider to publish delinquent tax advertisements for the Horry County Treasurer throughout Horry County, including areas east of the Intracoastal Waterway. The provider must satisfy Section 12-51-40(d) of the South Carolina Code of Laws, publish three advertisements on November 12, November 19, and November 26, 2026, and provide the Treasurer's Office with a complete electronic or paper copy of each advertisement upon publication. The estimated first publication includes approximately 4,500 records, with fewer records expected for subsequent publications. Pricing is requested by advertisement size, with an optional price for an electronic Internet advertisement. Responses must be submitted electronically through Horry County's e-bidding software. The required forms packet includes the pricing form, addendum acknowledgment, non-collusion affidavit, anti-lobbying certification, debarment and suspension certification, South Carolina Drug-Free Workplace form, and legal/litigation statement. Bid, performance, payment, and insurance requirements are expressly not required for this solicitation or the resulting contract.
