Description
Coastal Carolina University is seeking a qualified, properly licensed electrical contractor for a one-time installation supporting a new center-hung video display system and scorer’s table equipment at the HTC Center. The work includes permanent electrical infrastructure for the center-hung display, including ten dedicated 20A three-pole circuits, a dedicated 150A distribution panel, a ceiling disconnect, and required convenience receptacles, as well as eight dedicated 120V, 20A circuits and receptacles for scorer’s table equipment. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, lifts, access, mobilization, permits, inspections, testing, documentation, and restoration required for complete performance. The scope includes signal-cable pathways, coordination with the display supplier, shutdown planning, protection of existing facilities, testing and commissioning, a site-specific safety plan, South Carolina licensing, comparable large-venue or suspended-equipment experience, subcontractor identification, a lump-sum price, and an informational pricing breakdown. The bid must be submitted electronically through the Business Opportunities website, and the signed Cover Page and Page 2 must be uploaded with the offer.
