Description
Coastal Carolina University is seeking one or more sources to provide and deliver specified key and lock supplies on an as-needed basis under a requirements contract. The product list includes Best key cores, key blanks, pin segments, padlocks, entrance knobs and levers, deadlocking latches, dormitory and office mortise locks, and Schlage and Von Duprin electronic pushbutton and exit-device hardware. The listed annual quantities are estimates, and the University does not guarantee a minimum purchase quantity. Offers must include completed and signed solicitation Cover Pages 1–2 and a completed Pricing Schedule. Award may be made to multiple responsible and responsive bidders, and products must be new and supplied as specified. The maximum contract period is five years: one initial year plus four one-year options.
