The U.S. Navy intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for four brand-name Loren Cook Co. exhaust fans: two Model 120 QMX-HP fans rated at 3,290 CFM and 3 HP, and two Model 135QMX fans rated at 5,000 CFM and 5 HP. All units are specified for 460/3/60 electrical service and must be supplied by Loren Cook Co. or an authorized distributor. Authorized distributors must submit documentation from the OEM confirming their authorization. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside and will be evaluated based on technical considerations, delivery date, price, and past performance. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days after award. The contractor must comply with commercial packaging, marking, traceable-freight, and DoD unique-identification requirements, and must be registered in SAM to receive an award.
