Kitsap County is requesting proposals from a qualified subcontractor to administer and provide all services for its Senior and Family Caregiver Nutrition Services program throughout Kitsap County. The scope includes senior congregate nutrition and community dining sites, alternative grab-and-go meals, home-delivered meals and expansion services, liquid supplement meals, Medicaid-waivered services including Medicaid Transformation Demonstration programs, the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, and expanded senior nutrition services funded by the state.
