Description
The California Department of Water Resources, Oroville Field Division, is soliciting as-needed bare crane rental services for a three-year agreement. The equipment schedule includes fixed-cab hydraulic boom trucks ranging from 15 to 30 tons, rough-terrain hydraulic cranes ranging from 30 to 75 tons, and one- and two-person crane-suspended certified lifting baskets. Delivery and pickup services are also required at rates based on distance from the Oroville Field Division. The contractor must maintain an equipment facility within 100 miles of the Oroville Field Division, provide equipment within 72 hours of ordinary requests and within four hours during emergencies, and supply equipment no more than 10 years old with no more than 10,000 operating hours. The contractor is responsible for delivery, pickup, preoperational training, maintenance, repairs, inspections, regulatory compliance, and replacement of failed equipment. Bidders must meet a 3% DVBE participation commitment and submit the required bid forms, references, certifications, and facility-location documentation.
