Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is soliciting proposals for a design-build project to mitigate playground hazards at the Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute. The work includes resurfacing approximately 2,000 square feet of playground area to eliminate tripping hazards; repainting the surrounding five-foot and three-foot fences, gates, posts, and rails with an exterior metal-compatible vinyl coating system; installing a shade system for toddler swings; and installing approximately 1,100 square feet of new wood chips in the swing area. The contractor is responsible for design services, demolition, materials, labor, supervision, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. Amendment 0002 extends the offer deadline to September 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. MDT. The amendment otherwise leaves the solicitation terms unchanged and requires offerors to acknowledge receipt by completing the specified amendment blocks and returning the amendment, or by separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
