Description
The 9th Civil Engineer Squadron (9 CES) requires the procurement of three specialized trailer systems to support the Water Fuels and Systems Maintenance (MTX) shop. These assets are critical for sustaining operational readiness, field maintenance, and secure water/sanitation capabilities. The procurement includes a Two-Stall Mounted Restroom Trailer, a Gravity Tilt Trailer, and a Bottle Fill Trailer. This acquisition is a set-aside for small business concerns. The solicitation is currently unfunded, but award is contingent upon availability of funds. Offers are due by 12:00 PM PST on June 29, 2026. Key specifications include: - Two-Stall Mounted Restroom Trailer: Approximately 9.3ft (L) x 6.7ft (W) x 8.6ft (H), with a single axle, mechanical braking system, 4 stabilizing jacks, high-flow water pump, sink, integrated tanks, and LED lighting. Maximum load capacity of 2,000kg (4,500lbs). - Gravity Tilt Trailer: 7x25 configuration (17ft tilt deck + 8ft stationary front platform), 20k GVWR bumper pull, tandem 9k lbs axles with electric brakes, 1/8" Diamond Plate flooring, 102" wide with drive-over fenders, 17.5" ST235/75R17.5 18-ply radial LRJ tires with one spare, and flush-mount or recessed lifetime LED lighting. - Bottle Fill Trailer: Galvanized DOT approved trailer with a 500-gallon NSF/FDA Compliant tank, a 100-gallon rinsing/flushing tank, stainless steel dispensing faucets, 110V water pump, UV disinfection system with reverse cleaning pump, a chiller system with an onboard generator, and a storage bin. The tank, piping, and pump must be NSF/FDA Compliant. Delivery is expected within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO) / payment to Beale AFB, CA. All equipment must be delivered fully assembled, new, and ready for immediate deployment.
