Description
The 97th Contracting Squadron at Altus Air Force Base is seeking a portable, diesel-powered air compressor essential for powering pneumatic tools used in time-sensitive airfield damage repair. The requirement is for one new, portable, diesel-powered air compressor system, to be provided as a turnkey solution. The specific equipment required is Brand Name or Equal to a Bobcat PA185KBT-ML-T2 with Military Super Standard options. Key specifications include an air delivery of 185 CFM at an operating pressure of 100 psig, a Tier 2 diesel engine (e.g., Kubota V2403-M-DI-T or equivalent), and it must be mounted on a trailer with a standard axle and electric brakes, capable of a towing speed of at least 65 mph. Features and accessories must include dual hose reels each with 100 feet of hose, an enclosure painted in USAF Gray, and a control panel with a fuel level gauge. The unit must also comply with USAF-specific preservation, RFID/UID tags, and data plates, with all literature and manuals in English. Delivery is anticipated within an estimated lead time of 15 weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO) to Altus AFB, OK. The evaluation will be based on price and technical acceptability, with the lowest priced technically acceptable quote being preferred.
