Submission Instructions
Description
Sourcewell and Canoe are soliciting proposals for towable trailers, including related equipment and services. The solicitation is divided into two categories: Category 1 includes flatbed, open deck, freight, livestock, and enclosed trailers. Category 2 includes specialty trailers such as mobile offices, refrigerated units, mobile command stations, and incident response trailers. Proposers may offer complementary equipment and services directly related to their chosen category. This solicitation excludes items covered under existing Sourcewell master agreements for heavy construction equipment, portable construction equipment, municipal pumping equipment, public utility equipment, snow and ice handling equipment, power generation systems, relocatable buildings, grounds maintenance equipment, roadway maintenance equipment, and firefighting apparatus. The term of any resulting contract(s) will be four years, with options for up to three additional one-year extensions. Proposals must be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal by June 25, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time. Late proposals will not be considered. Negotiations may be permitted following submission.
