Description
The Union County Board of Education is soliciting bids for propane gas services to be provided throughout the Union County School System. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Price increases throughout the contract period will not be accepted. Bidders are required to submit their bids by mail or hand-delivery to the Union County Board of Education, Attn: David Murphy, 124 Hughes Street, Blairsville, GA 30512, no later than Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 1:00:00 p.m. Bids must be clearly marked "Propane Gas Service RFQ-27-003" on the exterior of the envelope. Bids will be opened publicly on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 1:00:00 p.m. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or portion thereof and to waive informalities.
