Description
The City of Ocean Shores is requesting qualification statements from experienced engineering firms to provide engineering, evaluation, and design services for a written Quality Assurance Project Plan for environmental studies. The plan must comply with Washington State Department of Ecology guidance in Publication 04-03-030 and be tailored to the city's NPDES permit requirements for water, sediment, chemical, and biological data. The scope includes establishing a sampling schedule and identifying receiving-water sampling locations outside the effluent zone of influence at the Ocean Shores Wastewater Treatment Plant. Eligible firms must demonstrate experience preparing project plans that comply with Washington State Department of Ecology or Environmental Protection Agency standards.
