U.S. Customs and Border Protection is seeking two 2026 Sea-Doo GTR 130 personal watercraft, or brand-name equivalents, with approximately 230 horsepower, two-person crew capacity, and compatibility with regular automobile gasoline. The requirement also includes one personal-watercraft trailer with sufficient capacity to transport both watercraft and compliance with highway safety standards and regulations. The contractor must provide technical direction and production support, test and functionally certify all equipment before delivery, and deliver the equipment within 30 days after receipt of order. The contractor must also provide an operations manual and equipment specifications in both paper and electronic form, with electronic copies in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format. Factory or manufacturer warranty information is required. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside and is identified as a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
