Description
The U.S. Forest Service, Region 6, is soliciting quotes for one new, U.S.-manufactured, turnkey all-terrain vehicle and four new, U.S.-manufactured, turnkey snowmobiles. Vehicles must be fully assembled, fluids serviced, ready for immediate field deployment, and include a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty and one operator manual per vehicle. The ATV requires a 600cc–800cc liquid-cooled four-stroke engine, selectable 2WD/AWD/4WD, cargo racks, and a rear receiver hitch. The snowmobiles have separate specifications for two-person 550cc–650cc models and one-person 800cc–850cc models, including factory-installed spark arrestors and specified cargo, towing, starting, track, and comfort features. Vendors may quote the ATV, both snowmobile line items, or all line items. The government may make up to two firm-fixed-price awards and will evaluate technical compliance, delivery timeline, and price. All equipment must be delivered within 90 calendar days after award, with pricing inclusive of freight, handling, delivery, and offloading. The quotation package must include the completed and signed SF-1449, signed applicable SF-30 amendments, the completed government Schedule of Items, and technical documentation such as product specification sheets or brochures.
