Description
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is seeking one new 2026 Polaris Ranger 1000 Sport EPS or a State of Iowa-approved equivalent. The vehicle must include an enclosed cab with a poly sport roof and full-size crank-window front doors; a full fixed-glass windshield, rearview mirror, and full-glass rear window; a front brush guard; a cab heater; a 4,500-pound winch with cable; Pro Armor Harvester 27-inch tires on 14-inch rims or equivalent; and switched 12-volt accessory power suitable for an electric sprayer in the vehicle bed. Vendors must be authorized manufacturer representatives authorized to extend manufacturer warranties, and equivalents must include detailed specifications and identify deviations. The purchase is for one vehicle, with FOB Destination delivery, freight prepaid, to Cold Springs Fisheries Management, 57744 Lewis Road, Lewis, Iowa 51544, on or before October 31, 2026. Quotes must be submitted through IMPACS, and the bidder must answer the portal's required questions concerning bidder information, specifications, terms and conditions, delivery, and payment terms.
