Description
The City of Ashland Electric Department intends to purchase 32 Sternberg LED streetlight heads for inventory stock. Under the City's planning and electric specifications, Sternberg lamps are the only approved streetlights for commercial and historic areas within Ashland. Associated Lighting Reps, Inc. is identified as Sternberg's exclusive representative and supplier in Oregon, so the procurement is being conducted as a sole-source purchase rather than a competitive solicitation. Affected persons may submit a written protest of the sole-source approval under the cited Oregon statutes and administrative rules by the stated deadline.
