Description
The Dakota County Community Development Agency is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for a vacant-unit painting services contract supporting the agency’s housing programs. Bidders must use the provided bid forms and comply with the bid documents and project specifications prepared by the agency or its representative. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Office of the Director of Property Management by 10:00 a.m. on September 16, 2026. Telephone and emailed bids will not be accepted; bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the deadline.
