Description
The Jefferson County Clerk's Office is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Microsoft cloud modernization services and related solutions. The scope includes discovery and assessment of existing virtualized infrastructure; target-state cloud architecture and governance; migration planning and execution; identity and access management modernization, including directory synchronization, multifactor authentication, conditional access, role-based access, and single sign-on; and endpoint and mobile device management modernization, including device policies, security baselines, patch management, provisioning, application deployment, testing, training, and support. The selected contractor will also provide project management, implementation, testing, documentation, administrator and end-user training, knowledge transfer, and transition support. Proposals must address firm qualifications and experience, staffing and key personnel, technical approach and methodology, compliance and risk management, cybersecurity and data protection, customer service, references, and a detailed cost proposal covering professional services, licensing, subscriptions, cloud costs, hardware, third-party software, and optional services.
