Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting one pneumatic vehicular tire under NSN 2610-01-230-0298, requisition 7018250177. The item is subject to a 72-month, non-extendable shelf-life requirement, with delivery required within 10 days after acknowledgment of the delivery order. The solicitation identifies Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations and Titan Tire Corporation as approved sources and requires destination inspection and acceptance. The tire must comply with domestic-material restrictions and the specified DLA packaging requirements, including MIL-STD-2073-1E preparation, MIL-STD-129 marking, shelf-life markings, and the latest revision of MIL-DTL-4 for non-aircraft tires and inner tubes.
